Advisor Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you create or use a MyAdvisorsHub advisor account. By accepting them, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
1. Platform role
MyAdvisorsHub is a directory and connection platform. It does not employ advisors, sell or recommend insurance, represent an insurer, guarantee leads, or participate in advice or transactions between advisors and clients.
2. Eligibility and authority
You confirm that you are legally eligible and currently authorised to provide the services described in your profile. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, insurer requirements, and professional obligations.
3. Accurate profile
Your identity, contact details, experience, credentials, service areas, insurance categories, companies represented, and other profile information must be complete, accurate, current, and not misleading.
4. Verification and reverification
You must complete required identity and document checks before becoming searchable and renew verification at least every 12 months or when requested. We may request more information, suspend visibility, or reject verification where checks cannot be completed.
5. Documents and PAN
You authorise secure processing of submitted documents and PAN information for verification, duplicate detection, fraud prevention, and compliance. Documents remain private. PAN is encrypted, masked in displays, and not published.
6. Client requests and appointments
Use client requests only to respond to genuine needs. Propose accurate appointment details, honour accepted appointments, communicate professionally, and record rescheduling, cancellation, completion, or no-show outcomes through the platform.
7. Client privacy
A client's mobile number may be accessed only after the client accepts your appointment and only for that connection. Do not disclose, sell, reuse, scrape, or retain client information beyond lawful service needs. Access is logged and may be revoked.
8. Fair conduct
Do not make false claims, guarantee policy outcomes, pressure clients, misrepresent affiliations, manipulate ratings, bypass platform controls, or use unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or malicious content.
9. Fees and visibility
Where a subscription fee applies, it pays for profile visibility and platform access, not leads, ranking, appointments, sales, or outcomes. Search visibility also depends on verification and service eligibility.
10. Suspension, liability, and changes
We may restrict or close accounts that fail verification, breach these terms, create risk, or violate law. The service may change or be interrupted. You remain responsible for your independent advice and conduct. Material term changes may require renewed acceptance.
