Client Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you create or use a MyAdvisorsHub client account. By accepting them, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
1. Platform role
MyAdvisorsHub is a directory and connection platform. We do not sell, recommend, compare, underwrite, or issue insurance products, and we do not represent an insurer or advisor.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate, current information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service only for lawful, genuine insurance enquiries. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Advisor information
Verification indicates that the platform completed its stated checks at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of advice quality, suitability, availability, conduct, licensing status, or any product or insurer.
4. Independent decisions
You decide which advisor to contact and whether to purchase any product. Review policy documents, exclusions, costs, suitability, and the advisor's current credentials independently before acting.
5. Requests and appointments
You may send a request to one or more eligible advisors. An appointment is not confirmed until accepted through the platform. Either party may propose another time, decline, or cancel according to the available workflow.
6. Contact privacy
Your mobile number is released only to the advisor whose appointment you accept. Access may be revoked when the appointment is cancelled or the advisor is no longer eligible. Access events are logged for safety and accountability.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or misleading content; impersonate another person; scrape the service; bypass access controls; or misuse another person's information.
8. Communications and data
You agree to receive service messages needed to operate your account, requests, verification, and appointments. We process account and usage information to provide, secure, and improve the service, subject to applicable law.
9. Availability and liability
The service may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAdvisorsHub is not responsible for independent advice, insurer decisions, policy performance, advisor conduct, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and changes
We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms, create risk, or violate law. We may update these terms and will require renewed acceptance when a material update applies to continued use.
